Standard body colors depend on the officially released version. Gogobot D1 supports outfit and accessory add-ons, and some visual styles can be personalized through different clothing and appearance combinations.
Does it use a natural voice or an electronic voice?
Gogobot uses a natural AI-generated voice rather than a traditional robotic or electronic voice, making conversations sound more lifelike, expressive, and engaging.
Gogobot currently supportsmultiple languages, includingChinese, English, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Russian, with additional languages planned through future software updates. The available languages may vary depending on the software version.
What AI personalities and voices are available?
Gogobot D1 comes with three free AI personalities, each offering a unique voice and interaction style. A subscription unlocks additional VIP personalities and custom AI personality creation.
Do AI features require Wi-Fi?
Yes.An internet connection via Wi-Fi is required for AI-powered features, including natural conversations, question answering, storytelling, and AI-powered games.
When connected to Wi-Fi, Gogobot can access cloud-based AI services to provide smarter, more responsive, and engaging interactions.
Even without Wi-Fi, Gogobot can still perform certain basic functions, such as movement control, local interactions, and other built-in features (available offline features may vary depending on the software version).
Where is the coding kit for the D1 EDU?
The Gogobot D1 EDU does not include a separate physical coding kit. The programming features are built directly into the Gogobot App.
The EDU version includes:
- Built-in programming functions
- Open Bluetooth API
- Real-time sensor data access (ToF, IMU, etc.)

How do I power it on and charge it for the first time?
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the device and then press and hold the power button according to the instructions in the manual. For charging method, indicator light status, and charging time, please refer to the official manual.
How do I connect it to the mobile app or via Bluetooth?
After downloading the official app, simply enable Bluetooth and follow the on-screen instructions to pair the device.
What should I do if the connection fails?
Please try the following steps in order:
- Make sure the device has enough battery
- Confirm that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
- Make sure the app has Bluetooth permission
- Check that the robot is not connected to another phone
- Restart both the robot and your phone, then try again
How many control methods does it support?
Gogobot D1 supports:

How do I perform basic movements?
Common actions such as walking, turning, standing, sitting, and lying down can be triggered through the app interface, voice commands, or remote control.
How do I activate voice interaction?
Simply say "Gogo" to activate voice interaction and enjoy conversations, interactive dialogue, and supported voice commands.
Can I adjust the volume and related settings?
Basic settings such as volume can usually be adjusted through the app or system settings. If the version supports additional feedback settings, those can also be managed through the system.
How do I power it off or put it into sleep mode when idle?
If the robot will not be used for a long time, it is recommended to power it off or switch it to a low-power mode according to the manual in order to save battery and protect the device.

Gogobot D1 has long-term memory and can retain part of previous interactions, making future communication feel more continuous and companion-like.
What kinds of movements and expression feedback does it have?
It supports various dynamic movements, posture changes, and screen-based facial expressions. It is not only able to move, but also able to express itself through actions and reactions.
Does it support touch interaction?
Yes. When users touch areas such as the head , the robot can respond according to system logic, making the interaction more engaging.
Does it support programming? Can beginners use it?
Gogobot D1 keeps selected open capabilities for makers and advanced users. Some features are better suited for users interested in programming, but beginners can also start with simple control and logic-based interaction.
Can multiple units work together in sync?
Multi-unit synchronization or linked showcase functions depend on officially released features and version support in the future.
Can I change its outfits or accessories?
Yes. Gogobot D1 supports selected outfit and accessory add-ons that can enhance personality and visual customization.
Is Gogobot made from safe materials? Does it have any sharp edges? Is it suitable for children?
Gogobot is made from high-quality, durable materials and features a smooth, rounded design with no sharp edges, making everyday interaction safer and more comfortable.
Designed for family companionship and interactive play, Gogobot is suitable for children and families to enjoy together. For safety, we recommend that young children use Gogobot under adult supervision and keep fingers or other objects away from moving parts during operation.
To ensure safe use, please do not drop, disassemble, or immerse Gogobot in water, as doing so may affect its performance or create safety risks.
How do I clean Gogobot? Can I wash it with water?
Clean Gogobot with a soft, dry, or slightly damp lint-free cloth. For stubborn stains, use a small amount of mild detergent, then wipe the surface clean and dry it immediately with a soft cloth.
Do not wash or immerse Gogobot in water. Gogobot is not waterproof and should never be rinsed under running water or submerged. Prevent liquids from entering the device, as this may damage the internal electronics and affect normal operation.
Before cleaning, turn off Gogobot and disconnect it from the charger. Make sure the device is completely dry before turning it back on.
How should I store Gogobot if I won't be using it for a long time?
If you won't be using Gogobot for an extended period, power it off and store it in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, humidity, and dust.
To help maximize battery life, we recommend storing the battery at approximately40%–60% chargeand recharging the deviceevery three monthsto prevent over-discharge during long-term storage.
Avoid leaving Gogobot connected to the charger for extended periods, and do not store or charge it in extremely hot or cold environments.
What should I avoid doing with Gogobot?
To ensure safe operation and maintain the performance of Gogobot, please avoid the following:
- Do not drop, throw, or subject Gogobot to strong impacts.
- Do not immerse Gogobot in water, rinse it under running water, or use it in excessively wet environments.
- Do not disassemble, modify, or attempt to repair the product yourself.
- While Gogobot is operating, keep fingers, hair, clothing, and other objects away from moving parts and joints to avoid injury or interference with normal operation.
- Do not expose Gogobot to fire, excessive heat, or corrosive environments.
- Use only the official or recommended charger and accessories.
Following these precautions will help ensure safe operation and extend the lifespan of your Gogobot.
Is the battery built in or replaceable? Can I replace it myself?
This product comes with a built-in rechargeable battery and does not have a removable battery, so separate battery purchases are not available.
What safety precautions should I follow when using Gogobot?
For the best experience, use Gogobot in a safe, open environment and keep the following precautions in mind:
- Operate Gogobot on a flat, stable surface, and avoid using it near stairs, table edges, or other places where it could fall.
- Keep the surrounding area free of cables, loose rugs, and other obstacles that may interfere with movement.
- Use Gogobot indoors or in a dry environment whenever possible, and avoid operating it in the rain or around standing water.
- Adult supervision is recommended when young children are using Gogobot to ensure safe and proper operation.
- If Gogobot becomes unusually hot, makes abnormal noises, or behaves unexpectedly, stop using it immediately and contact customer support.

Repair Policy
- Product signed within one year, defective and damage not caused by vandalism in the case of free repair.
- Product signed for more than one year or suffered from vandalism damage, please contact us for maintenance advice, which may incur corresponding repair costs.
The customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping charges and taxes (shipping costs for sending the item back for repair, shipping costs for sending the item back to the customer after repair, and possible customs duties and taxes) incurred for the exchange or repair.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for a refund: The Customer has the right to request a refund within 7 days of receipt of the product, provided that the product is defective and damage has not been caused by vandalism.
