Refund policy:

Eligibility for a refund: The Customer has the right to request a refund within 7 days of receipt of the product, provided that the product is defective and damage has not been caused by vandalism.

 

Repair policy:

1. Product signed within one year, defective and damage not caused by vandalism in the case of free repair.

2. Product signed for more than one year or suffered from vandalism damage, please contact us for maintenance advice, which may incur corresponding repair costs.

The customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping charges and taxes (shipping costs for sending the item back for repair, shipping costs for sending the item back to the customer after repair, and possible customs duties and taxes) incurred for the exchange or repair.
