Gogo Care Protection Plan

Gogo Care is currently available only to customers in the United States and Canada.

What’s Covered

Gogo Care covers physical or functional damage to your Gogobot caused by an accidental drop, collision, or impact during normal use.

What’s Not Covered

• Loss or theft
• Unauthorized disassembly or modification
• Intentional damage
• Normal wear and tear, including battery aging
• Damage caused by liquids or water
• Damage caused by pets or other animals
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect Gogobot’s functionality, such as scratches, paint chipping, scuffs, or dents
• Damage caused by improper use or use outside Gogobot’s intended operating conditions

Cosmetic Damage

Cosmetic damage alone is not covered. However, if cosmetic damage occurs as part of the same accidental incident that also causes functional or structural damage, the incident may qualify for coverage under Gogo Care.

When to Purchase

Gogo Care must be purchased within 7 days of purchasing your Gogobot.

Plans & Pricing

How It Works

1. Contact our support team at support@gogobot.io.
2. Submit photos of the issue and your order information.
3. Pay the applicable $49 service fee.
4. Ship your Gogobot back to us.
5. Once we receive and inspect your device, we will determine eligibility and arrange a replacement.

Replacement units are officially refurbished units, not brand-new units.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping to Gogobot: Covered by the customer.
• If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing or product quality defect: Gogobot will cover the shipping costs both ways.

What Happens When You’ve Used All Your Claims?

If You Use All Your Claims Within the First 3 Months

If you use all of your annual claims within 3 months of purchasing Gogo Care, you may purchase a Single-Claim Add-On for $59 per claim.

The add-on remains valid through the end of your original plan term, so your coverage continues until your annual plan expires.

If You Use All Your Claims After the First 3 Months

If you use all of your annual claims more than 3 months after purchasing Gogo Care, additional claim add-ons are not available.

You may choose between:

• Standard paid repair service
• Purchasing a new Gogo Care plan — Any remaining months of your current plan may be carried over to the new plan.

Important Information

• Gogo Care must be purchased within 7 days of purchasing your Gogobot.
• The plan is valid for 1 year and automatically terminates at the end of the coverage period.
• Coverage is available only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Manufacturing or product quality defects are not counted against your annual claim allowance.
• Once all claims have been used, you may still choose our standard paid repair service.
• Single-Claim Add-On: $59 per claim, valid through the end of your original plan term.

Final Terms

Gogobot reserves the right to make the final determination regarding the interpretation and application of these service terms. We may update the coverage, service process, or pricing from time to time. The latest version published on our official website will apply.
